When will my order ship?
Items usually ship within 24 hours if ordered by 2:00PM PST. If placed after hours or on weekends they will ship the next business day. All shipments are subject to stock availability. You will be notified by email if the item is temporarily out of stock and expected ship date.
Gift Certificates:
We usually Email a printable copy of your gift certificate with the recipients name on the certificate. However we can also send a hard copy via U.S. mail. You will be asked which method you prefer at checkout. Please use the instruction area at checkout for the gift certificate recipients name and any other important information you need. Contact us if you have any questions.
Logbook Personalization:
Please allow 2 additional days for personalization of Pilot Logbooks. Use the instruction area at checkout for your personalization request.

What is your return policy?
All items (excluding FAA sectionals, charts, and ADFs, or software and videos) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return freight charges.
Software and video returns will be accepted for refund only if the product is unopened. Non-defective software and videos that have been opened will not be accepted for return. Defective software & videos may be returned for exchange with the same product only.
All claims for damage, errors, or shortages in the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.
Before returning any merchandise customers must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number.
Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, including original packaging and accessories. Returned merchandise must be in original carton with a copy of the invoice. Everything included with the product must be returned including unfilled warranty cards and unused manuals. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Flightcom's Fly'em and Try'em Guarantee
Flightcom wants to know that our customers are satisfied and that our products are performing as promised. So, if after a flight or two, you aren't completely convinced that your Flightcom headset is the best headset you've ever "flown," you can return it within 30 days for a full refund.
Call the factory for authorization and then return the headset, in new condition, in the original packaging to the dealer from whom you purchased it.
