TakeWING members may schedule aircraft and instructors from any Internet access point. On-line scheduling means you can reserve an aircraft, arrange for instruction, or email members directly from our Club's Scheduling system — it is easy and fast!
To Schedule Link HereOnce you have enrolled in a training program or become a Club member we will set up your account. During your Club orientation we will explain how the system works but your instructor will also help you learn the functionality of the scheduling system.
This is a self-managing system, relying on all of us to use it responsibly and with courtesy to others. Of course, there are a couple of rules/guidelines:
When you schedule either an aircraft or an instructor the system automatically sends-out an email reminder - if you change your Email please be sure to change in on the system too!
It is helpful to communicate and coordinate your schedule with your instructor so that you both are aware. Please schedule as close to your estimated flight time as possible.
Night flights must be on the schedule by 4:00 PM that day - prior to our nightly dispatch. If it is after 4:00, just gives us a call and we will gladly dispatch the aircraft for you.
Flights should be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to prevent cancellation fees charged to your account. Habitual cancellation of flights at the last minute will suspend both your scheduling privileges as well as flying privileges at TakeWING. (Of course, weather related cancellations are exempt).

Scheduling note: When you reserve an aircraft, the availability of that aircraft at your scheduled time is of course subject to maintenance schedules - both those mandated by Federal Aviation Administration and by those unforeseen. We make every attempt to have aircraft available for scheduled times however some things are simply beyond our control. Maintenance always comes first. Thank you.
